would be the best choice? I need to consider how much each costs, and better economies of my electricity bill. I live in Texas, my house is about 1200 square meter air-conditioned room and is all electric. Any help would be appreciated.

At this point, I would wait until the new President is sworn in to see what kind of incentives will be offered by the new administration. That said, Solar would probably be the better choice in Texas.
Solar panels would be effective in Texas. Unless you’re on the Gulf, I wouldn’t depend on wind as the sole source for a small-scale home project, but it can be an effective complement to solar energy. Here’s a site that has a lot of information on both solar and wind power: http://www.otherpower.com/otherpower_wind.shtml
